Shipping and Exchange

Exchange Policy

Hounds takes every effort to ensure the quality of our products and your purchase arrives to you in good condition. Should you experience a problem with your order please email info@hounds.sg and we will resolve the issue. 

Customers may return/exchange the items within 14 days upon receipt in the following cases: 

  1. Received a defective product.

  2. Received a different product from the order.

Terms for returns and exchanges: 

  1. Product must be unopened in original packaging.

  2. Exchange of defective/incorrect product will be delivered at our cost.

  3. We do not issue returns for poor choice. 

​

Return/exchange is not accepted other than the cases stated above.

Shipping Information

We make all necessary efforts to process your order within 24 hours. Orders placed over weekends or public holidays may take slightly longer. Once your order is processed, you will receive an order confirmation accompanied with a tracking number via email.

All prices quoted are in Singapore Dollars (SGD).

You may also be liable for customs or import duties when the items arrive at your destination.

Local Delivery (Within Singapore)

  • All orders are handled by Singapore Post and/or local couriers with tracking service.

  • We charge a flat fee of $2 (subsidized rate) for all orders below $40. Delivery is free for all orders above $40.

Under normal circumstances, delivery should take about 2 -3 working days

Malaysia

  • $7.00 flat shipping fee with tracking service. 

Rest of the World

  • For orders up to $50 – $15.00 flat shipping fee with tracking service.

  • For orders above $50 – $20.00 flat shipping fee with tracking service. 

Self Collection (Singapore Only)

Self collection is available at Hounds of the Baskervilles, 42 Craig Road, Singapore 089680.

 

Please select the "Self Collection" option at checkout and wait for our email notification before dropping by. Our opening hours are from Monday to Saturday 11am – 8pm, Sunday from 11am – 5pm. Closed on public holidays unless otherwise stated.
